As we enter November we have some news about the activity here at Cornerstone.

The law firm of Murphy, Laudat, Kiel & Rattigan, LLC opened a satellite office at 231 Farmington Avenue. We'd like to extend a warm welcome to MLK & R.

Additionally, Quintaract, LLC has joined us at 231 Farmington Avenue. We are excited to have them in the building.

At Hillview Plaza, in Rocky Hill, Tommy’s Tanning has extended their lease and Santander Bank ATM has extended their lease as well.

We couldn't be happier with our loyal tenants and the new businesses.

Salute, Hartford’s Italian hotspot, will soon open their newest location at Hillview Plaza in Rocky Hill. Keep an eye out for their grand opening this month!

Free Electric Vehicle charging stations have been installed at Stop & Shop Plaza in East Hampton, CT. Customers can now charge up while they shop around.

Activity continues to be outstanding at Bidwell Village as a new contract was signed to build a house over the weekend. Only 4 lots remain. Congratulations to the community and the new prospective home owners.

At Furniture Row, our 250,000SF facility off I-95 in Milford, CT, Keystone Automotive Industries has extended their lease for 39 months through August 2024. Furniture Row would also like to officially welcome Porch & Patio who began their lease with us last year.

At Bidwell Village in Coventry, CT, activity has really picked up this spring. There's been tremendous interest at this successful 55+ community. We've just closed the sale of two homes, and construction has begun on 3 new homes under contract. Available lots are going fast, only 5 remaining.

At Plaza 114 in Lawrence, Massachusetts, Bank of America has extended their lease for an additional 5 years beginning January 1, 2022. We look forward to ongoing success with BOA.

Reid & Riege, PC will be joining us at 231 Farmington Avenue early this summer. We look forward to welcoming them to our fantastic building.

On May 27th, 2021 a deal was finalized between Centennial Main, LLC and DPM Meriden Self Storage for the sale of our plaza at 566 West Main Street in Meriden, CT. We would like to thank everyone involved in making this sale happen including the “French Team” from Marcus & Millichap. We wish the new owners much success in this new endeavor.
