Shop Rite Plaza, a 145,000 square foot shopping center, has been in Cornerstone’s portfolio since 1987. When first acquiring the Plaza in 1987, we immediately expanded the existing property by 30% and have redesigned the entire center.

Route 10 in Southington is the major retail artery in the region.  Conveniently located just off the exit of Interstate 84, the center is situated 20 minutes from Hartford and 35 minutes from Bradley International Airport.
